San Diego Bounce Houses opened for business in April 2021.

My husband and I wanted to create a meaningful business. At the beginning we were not sure what kind of business we wanted. However, we only knew that we wanted something meaningful and to be related with children. 

As a psychologist and as a bank manager, we understand  the importance of the children growing healthy and happy. They are our future.

Therefore, we believe that with our business we are contributing  to the happiness of children even for one day. It’s our mission to contribute to make their special day as memorable as possible.

The client needs to contact the park representative to request a park permit for the event.

Yes, it is necessary to use a generator to power the bounce house.

The bounce house can be rented up to 7 hours for the same price.

The bounce house can be set up on grass and on turf. If the bounce
house would be on a concrete or asphalt, a tarp would be needed.
Bounce houses cannot be set up on wood chips or mud.

SDBH delivers the bounce houses and equipment at no extra cost in
the majority of San Diego County. However, a $25 to $35 delivery
service fee may apply depending on the location.
Provide the zip code on your request and a SDBH representative would
check if the delivery service would apply.

Yes, we do. However, it depends on availability and location.

Yes, we do. The client only has to show the ID to the SDBH representative before the payment is made to be able to apply. 

During periods of severe weather conditions  (E.I. rain, high winds, etc.) 

San Diego bounce house LLC reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

If  conditions  are  not   too severe, San Diego Bounce Houses LLC  will give

the client  the option of keeping it or not.  However, the client  has to let the

SDBH representatives know no later than the night before of  the event.  If

the client  decides  to keep the unit for the term of the rental agreement,

there will  be no refunds. 

The reservation can be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the event
date and the full initial deposit amount will be refunded. If the
cancelation is made within 72 hours of the reservation, a cancelation
fee will apply. The cancellation must be made during business hours
form 9:00am to 5:00pm PT Monday to Friday either by phone at
(619) 432.8636 or by email at sdbouncehouse@gmail.com.
The reservation is not cancelled until the client receive a confirmation of
it.
